Information

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
  • Final cleaning: One-off payment of € 100.00–140.00 depending on apartment size.
  • Excl. local tax: €3.70 per person per night from age 15

  • Excl. SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. Adults € 7.50 per day, children from 6 years € 5.00 per day

  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking forbidden
  • Our prices are per day (standard occupancy)
  • Payment options: Cash, EC card, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfer

  • In case of early departure or late arrival, the room price for the booked days will be charged.

    • Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a confirmation with deposit and cancellation conditions from our side.

  • To finalize your booking, a down payment of 40 % is payable within 7 days. The residual amount of 60 % is payable up to 30 days before arrival. The cost of the transfer (e.g. transaction costs) are bearable by the contract partner.

Cancellation policy

Guests may withdraw from the accomodation contract only subject to the following cancellation fees:

Within 24 hours after booking Free of charge.
Up to 3 months before arrival Cancellation fee (handling fee) of € 100,00 (apartments with 1 bedroom), € 200,00 (apartments with 2 bedrooms).
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price.
Within the last week before arrival 100 % of the total price.

The proprietor has the right to cancel the booking within 24 hours without giving reasons.

In the event of early departure or cancellation we will charge for the booked services.

We recommend to take out travel insurance. There are various providers, e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung, which you can buy online.
